Maundy Thursday, Good Friday & Easter Monday we serve an ala carte lunch and dinner. On Easter Eve we offer a fixed 4-course lunch and dinner.

Nettle soup
Quail egg, fried nettles, smoked sour cream, trout roe

Matjes Herring Norr na
Cream cheese cream, pork belly, lingonberries with aquavit, onion, malt

Main course
Butter fried pike-perch
Almond potato pur e and chips, carrots from Wålstedt, sorrel butter, anchovies cream

Dessert
Forced rhubarb
Baked rhubarb, whipped vanilla pannacotta, Italian meringue, lemon curd-ice cream
