Here you can follow the changes of the season from the front row with Lake Mälaren right outside the window and the best seasonal ingredients on your plate. The city hotel in Sigtuna is appreciated and critically acclaimed – largely thanks to our tasteful restaurant. In the hotel's bar and lounge, just slip in and sit down and enjoy the beautiful view. During the summer months, our beautiful outdoor terrace by Lake Mälaren offers the best view in the city!

In our work, we prioritize local growers and producers, who are often operated on a small scale. We follow the variations of the year and on the menu you will find the best seasonal ingredients.

Lunch
Enjoy lunch with a beautiful view over Lake Mälaren. Our à la carte menu is served throughout the day in our elegant dining room, and during warmer months, on our charming terrace by the water.
During spring, autumn, and winter, we also offer a daily lunch special displayed on the board in the dining room, served Monday to Friday from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm.
Crayfish by Lake Mälaren
Welcome to a traditional Swedish crayfish feast at Sigtuna Stadshotell!
A crayfish feast (kräftskiva) is a beloved Swedish tradition celebrating the start of the annual crayfish fishing season. At Sigtuna Stadshotell, we love everything that makes this occasion special – fresh crayfish, traditional snaps and a wonderfully festive atmosphere. The restaurant is beautifully decorated for the occasion, and we serve a seasonal menu featuring chanterelles, Swedish signal crayfish and a summery dessert to finish.
The crayfish feast is available to book on Friday and Saturday evenings, 21–22 and 28–29 August.

When December comes, Sigtuna Stadshotell transforms into an atmospheric place filled with candles, beautiful Christmas decorations and winter views of Lake Mälaren. Here, tradition, care and a warm atmosphere meet to make the Christmas table an experience to remember.

We will be serving an exclusive seafood Christmas table with the finest delicacies of the sea, such as lobster, oysters, crayfish and crab, along with classic Swedish Christmas table favourites such as herring and salmon, prepared with care.
Enjoy a Christmas experience in one of Sweden's oldest and most atmospheric hotel environments. Our most popular dates book up quickly, so we recommend that you secure your table well in advance.
Afternoon Tea
Make your weekend afternoons extra special with Afternoon Tea.
Every Saturday and Sunday, you are invited to enjoy our delightful Afternoon Tea. Warm scones with homemade preserves, elegant sandwiches and a selection of exquisite treats from our own bakery are beautifully served on a traditional tiered stand.

Afternoon Tea is served on Saturdays and Sundays from September to March at 1.00 pm and 3.00 pm.
SEK 445 per person. Children under 12 enjoy 50% off.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full Afternoon Tea experience for guests who are vegan or have a milk protein allergy.
