Like a beautiful jewel on the shores of Lake Mälaren, right in the heart of central Sigtuna and within easy reach of Arlanda, Sigtuna Stadshotell is a conference hotel and a popular meeting place for both meetings and conferences.
We help you plan your meeting, and you will have a personal conference coordinator assisting you throughout your stay. With us, you can choose whether to check in early or late, make last-minute adjustments to your meeting—no request is too big or too small. We offer meeting rooms for both smaller gatherings and larger groups. All rooms are bright and equipped with the technology and facilities you need. For creative discussions, walks, or group activities, Lake Mälaren is just outside, with walking paths, a pier, and seating areas.
Included in all our conference and meeting rooms: projector/screen, wireless internet, whiteboard, flipchart, notepads, pens, ice water, fruit, and sweets.

Lusthuset
A fantastic conference room for groups of up to 30 people in a cinema setting. The room has the best view of Lake Mälaren, a secluded location with an associated group room/coffee room and lavatory, and its own exit to the hotel's terrace, Sjösidan.

Large screen for connecting a computer via VGA and HDMI, supports PC and Mac. Blu-ray player for DVD, TV, and CD. The conference room has AC, ventilation via CO2 sensors, and automatically controlled awnings and roller blinds.
All meeting rooms can be used as group rooms. Group room rates are offered when booking the main room.

Lilla torget
The hotel's largest conference room for up to 50 people in classroom seating, 60 people in cinema seating, and the perfect room for 15-26 people in U-shaped tables. A bright and beautiful conference room with windows along two walls. This beautiful room was the city's cinema in the 30s and 40s.

Control system for LCD screen that controls the technology in the venue: sound, data projector, and projection screen, width 2.4 m, large screen for connecting a computer via VGA and HDMI, supports PC and Mac. Blu-ray player for DVD and CD.
Ventilation with a CO2 sensor. Remote-controlled awnings and roller blinds.

The hotel's junior suite with a view of Sigtuna city.
Perfect for small meetings of up to 8 people.
Two types of seating are offered here at the same time. Classic boardroom table or comfortable armchairs. The room is also perfect as a preparation room for those leading a meeting in another room, as a boardroom, or as a group room during an ongoing conference.

Spritbutiken
Bright and beautiful boardroom on the Lake Mälaren side with a view over the garden and the water for up to 14 people. In this meeting room, the town’s liquor store was located during the 1920s–30s, hence the name. The room has its own exit to the hotel’s garden veranda as well as its own lavatory.
The room is also perfect as a preparation room for those leading a meeting in another room, alternatively as a boardroom or group room during an ongoing conference.
